Sarah will also spend her day connecting with specialist insurance providers to be able to offer continued improved policies to customers of Alexander Swan.
As the Director, Sarah places a key emphasis on leading the team, managing and motivating each individual to ensure an excellent service is delivered each and every time.
Nicky has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, which was gained here at Alexander Swan. The skills she has developed over the years help to provide a flawless service to the customers of Alexander Swan.
The key focus of Nicky’s role is to assist customers with any day-to-day questions and ensure their renewal process goes smoothly, as well as helping new customers get set up with a policy.
Nicky enjoys the variety and assortment of queries that each day involves, as well as the satisfaction of completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
As the Account Handler, Nicky manages her client accounts with care and attention, providing a friendly and personable service so that customers feel they can approach her at any time.
Clare has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry. This, coupled with her effervescence personality, makes dealing with your insurance a much more enjoyable experience!
The key focus of Clare’s role is to be available to speak to our customers. Whether it’s a new quotation, mid-term change, renewal, claim or general query, Clare is on hand to assist.
Clare has developed strong connections with customers gaining their trust and loyalty during her time at Alexander Swan.
As the Key Account Executive, Clare primarily deals with our specialist products and services for the window cleaning industry, tradesman, property owners and commercial customers.
Jade joined Alexander Swan as an Apprentice in 2010 and after having undertaken our comprehensive training, Jade is now fully qualified in all aspects of the various roles she performs which include; dealing with new quotes, mid-term changes, renewals and claims.
The key focus of Jade’s varied role is overseeing the handling of our client’s claims. For our window cleaner clients this includes the organisation of a Replacement Reach & Wash Vehicle and dealing with the commercial vehicle and Water Fed Pole System claims to ensure prompt settlement. We have many years’ experience in dealing with these claims and all cases vary. It is our priority to ensure you have the best possible experience in the event of a claim. Therefore, we get involved and intervene as necessary to deliver just that. Being able to assist you in your time of need gives Jade the most gratification.
Jade enjoys the variety of her role, and always looking forward to new challenges, as well as ways she can further assist both our customers and the rest of the team.
As the Supervisor, Jade also provides training and support for new staff and existing staff in different areas of the business.
