Sarah has been working in the insurance sector since the age of 18 and became leader of the Alexander Swan pack in 2003. Sarah’s kind, warm-hearted nature along with her deep commitment to cultivating long-lasting bonds with the team, our clients and insurers is evident in our receipt of the feefo Gold Trusted Service Award. Many of the team have worked with Sarah for more than twenty years, which is a further testament to the trust she instills with everyone she meets.
As well as the day to day running of the business and compliance, Sarah loves looking after her commercial clients and helping brand new clients. Sarah is continuously seeking new ways to add even more value to our overall proposition. She is always on the lookout for new markets and niches by attending various networking events and insurer conferences all over the country.

Sharon has been working in insurance since she was 16 years old, so she is highly accomplished at helping her customers with all their insurance needs.
Whilst the key focus of Sharon’s role is home insurance, handling renewals, adjustments and new business, she is always willing to help her colleagues whenever they need it.
Sharon approaches every client and situation with friendly and down-to-earth dedication and attention to detail. She has built long-standing relationships with a huge number of her customers, which is a clear indication of the value and level of trust that Sharon offers.

Clare has over twenty years’ experience in the insurance industry. Clare’s effervescent personality makes dealing with your insurance a much more enjoyable experience!
The key focus of Clare’s role is to be available to speak to our customers. Whether it’s a new quotation, mid-term change, renewal, claim or general query, Clare is on hand to assist.
Clare has developed strong connections with her customers and has gained their trust and loyalty during her time at Alexander Swan.
As Key Account Executive, Clare primarily deals with our specialist products and services for the cleaning and window cleaning industry, commercial vehicles, tradespersons, property owners and commercial customers.

Pietro joined us in 2021 with over 10 year’s experience as an insurance broker. His warm, friendly and bubbly personality coupled with his vast industry knowledge and experience means he delivers the best possible service with a personal touch.
Pietro is a huge asset to Alexander Swan and our future growth. Since joining us, he has extended his expertise in offering insurance packages for niche markets such as ice-cream vans, catering vans, coffee vans and motorhomes as well as helping our new and existing customers with all their commercial insurance needs.

Carlo’s tremendous passion for building lasting relationships along with his fun and engaging personality makes him an integral part of the Alexander Swan family.
Bringing with him 30 years of insurance broking experience to the business, Carlo rapidly progressed to Director and looks after both corporate and private clients as well as small businesses.
His dedication to nurturing relationships with clients and insurers is evident in the substantial number of word-of-mouth referrals, and is a testament to the value he provides and the trust he builds.
Carlo advises on many niche sector risks including pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, landlords and personal insurance.

Lisa joined the team with a wealth of experience in the lettings industry. There is no end to Lisa’s talents, so we have gained a real gem within our team.
As well as helping our landlord clients choose the right options to protect their rental income and assets, Lisa supports Sarah with the day to day running of the business, compliance, marketing and business development opportunities.

Tom joined Alexander Swan as an apprentice in 2017 and returned in 2024 to join the family once again as a trainee account handler. He has gained in depth knowledge of the insurance sector and especially our window cleaner insurance packages.
Tom has a very kind and helpful approach to all our clients’ needs and is always keen to help. He has a great interest in broadening his expertise and gaining further knowledge on all different types of insurance products. We are very proud of Tom’s progress so far, quickly progressing to Account Handler, and we are looking forward to further supporting his development. Go Tom!
