I am writing to say a big thank you for all the help you have given me over these last two weeks by supplying an excellent service firstly with Zurich insurance who were very helpful with my claim over the telephone, they sorted things out very quickly with no hassle or quibbling.
Secondly and equally just as important what a brilliant idea to supply a van complete with a reach and wash system fitted , and the bonus of Thermopure for pure hot water ,having the benefit of the van saved me a lot of hassle not to mention lost revenue , I must say I was sorry to see it go. But every cloud has a silver lining, and I am now fully committed to purchasing a Thermopure system as soon as possible.

I found out about Alexander Swan Insurance when judging the Window Cleaning Innovation Awards at Windex 2010. They are insurance brokers that have the provisions to supply a courtesy vehicle fitted with an Ionic System following and accident or theft allowing any window cleaner to get back to work with minimum impact on their business.
My insurance renewal quote ranked very competitively within the market considering the extra level of cover provided by this boutique broker which includes comprehensive insurance for my van, and cover for my WFP System and Poles including fire, theft, accidental and malicious damage.
After many years in the industry, I have never been in the position where I find myself unable to work due to accidental damage on my van. However, only a few months after taking out the policy with Alexander Swan, a lorry reversed into the front of my vehicle and it was declared non roadworthy. After consultation with Alexander Swan, a courtesy vehicle complete with the Ionic Thermopure 600L system was dispatched and on my drive the following morning. This kept my business running with minimal disruption and an insurance policy deemed value and service for money.

You just don’t realise how long these things can take unless you’ve experienced them yourself. But if not for you, not only would we have lost valuable turnover, I am sure we would have lost valuable customers as well.
As we are well aware people don’t wait forever and if we can’t do what we do inevitably someone else soon will. As it turns out we have lost very little. In the grand scheme of things you could say nothing. For myself I have found your insurance policy has certainly paid for itself this year. That “priceless feeling” of being able to do, as opposed to that “frustrating feeling” of not being able to do, has made life for all concerned much brighter.
This includes my staff and their families, and in all that goes with losing a household income. My own family who may have ended up in a similar situation. Myself from feeling foolish all from trying to save a bob or two.
Imagining all that could have been but has been prevented. I will admit in the past I have scratched my head from time to time as to whether it was all worthwhile, not having made any claims. Rest assured I no longer think that in the slightest.
Having experienced the loss of a works vehicle twice now I cannot stress what a vital service this has proven to be and the peace of mind it has given me.
