Tom first joined Alexander Swan as an apprentice in 2017 and returned in 2024 as a Trainee Account Handler, quickly progressing into an Account Handler role.

Tom first joined Alexander Swan as an apprentice in 2017 and returned in 2024 as a Trainee Account Handler, quickly progressing into an Account Handler role.
Tom has developed strong, in-depth knowledge of the insurance sector, with particular expertise in our window cleaner insurance packages. Tom is known for his empathetic, helpful approach and takes real care in understanding his clients’ needs, ensuring they receive clear guidance and the right level of support at every stage.
Client-focused and proactive, Tom is always willing to go the extra mile to help, making him a trusted and reassuring point of contact. He is also keen to continue broadening his expertise across a wide range of insurance products, further strengthening the value he brings to both clients and the team.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys going to the gym and taking long walks, helping him unwind and maintain a relaxed, balanced lifestyle.
