Madeleine joined the team in March 2026 and has quickly become a valued member, bringing energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for learning to everything she does. A bright, kind, and honest individual who is already building strong foundations to support our clients.
Since joining, Madeleine has taken on a key cyber project, immersing herself in cyber insurance product training, analysing cyber risk assessments, and developing her understanding of complex technical areas that often challenge both businesses and advisors.
Working closely with our Managing Director, Sarah Richards, Madeleine has helped develop a solution that will deliver real value and enhanced protection for all Alexander Swan business clients.
Outside of work, Madeleine enjoys staying active, regularly playing netball, watching, and playing football, and spending time at the gym.
