After achieving the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award over the past few years, we’re VERY proud to announce that we have been awarded the Feefo ‘Platinum Trusted Service Award’ for 2021! This is the highest accolade that Feefo awards so it’s an absolute honour to have achieved this.
What are the Trusted Service Awards?
Feefo recognise their highest performing customers and only businesses who provide outstanding levels of quality and service (rated by our own customers), qualify for an award.
What did we need to do to qualify for the ‘Platinum Trusted Service Award’?
To qualify, we had to meet all the standards of the ‘Gold Trust Service Award’ and to consistently achieve this for 3 years as well as:
- to have collected at least 50 independent reviews from our amazing customers within 1 calendar year
- Achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 and above each year PLUS
As quoted by Feefo “Our awards recognise those businesses that deliver exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers”!
