We have a new team member!

We are very pleased to introduce Carlo Frijia to you!

Carlo joined Alexander Swan on 4th January 2021. It’s been a very strange introduction for him and us to his new role due to working remotely but we’re battling through and making the most of having him with us.

Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, Carlo brings a great deal of experience with him. He will be regularly reviewing our panel of insurers to ensure that we are offering the most competitive and the best possible insurance products with extensive cover.  We’ve already had a few amazing additions to our panel which you may have already been fortunate to benefit from.

Carlo has a lovely wife and 2 boys. He loves to travel with his family. In his spare time, he plays football and is a passionate level 1 Football Coach running a local children’s football team.

As you may know, Alexander Swan is all about people and giving the best personable experience possible. We don’t believe in palming people off with automated systems but want to listen and truly understand the requirements of each person and business.  We asked Carlo how he felt he would add to our amazing array of products and services.  He feels that he will add “an abundance of new facilities, new products offering great levels of service and hopefully more competitive pricing”. Carlo also expressed that he has “a real passion for high levels of service”.
