As the accident was not my fault the vehicle was delivered to my door. Unfortunately this time, I was at fault so I am collecting from Swindon and using the vehicle for the duration of my vehicle repairs. It gives a great sense of peace of mind to know that I can carry on working when my own vehicle is off the road.”
This is Alun Murray pictured returning one of our Replacement Reach and Wash Vans following the repair of his fire damaged system. In the event of a fire claim there is not usually a third party to recover costs from so the claim often goes against the policyholder. As Mr Murray needed to drop his van to Ionic for repairs, we met him there so he could collect and return our van at the same time.
