Introducing our Key Account Executive – Sharon Hale
In the fourth of our ‘meet the team’ spotlights we catchup with Sharon Hale who tells us more about her role as a Key Account Executive at Alexander Swan.
Tell us a little bit about your background and career so far.
I have worked in the insurance industry since leaving school, a very long time ago. I have been with Alexander Swan for over 21 years now! My specialism is Home Buildings and Contents insurance, although over the years I have been involved in many different job roles.
What do you like most about your current role?
I enjoy looking after my portfolio of home insurance clients and being of assistance with new enquiries. The majority of my clients have been with us for many years, so I feel very honoured to have retained their loyalty.
What do you bring to the team?
I feel that my experience and knowledge is always on hand to help my colleagues should they need it.
How does the team work together and what do you achieve for your clients?
The team work brilliantly together to ensure we give a first class service to our clients. Everyone has knowledge on their colleagues’ roles as we are a small but very efficient office.
What does the future here look like for you?
Here’s to another 21 years 😊
What interests you outside of work?
I am a very keen walker with my husband and our two lovely rescue dogs. We also have a motorhome so enjoy visiting beautiful parts of the country, even just for weekends away. I love the outdoors but also enjoy spending time with my family and my gorgeous grandchildren.
