Circumstances of Loss:
Mr Pixley was travelling down a slip road, indicating to join another lane when he has gone into the rear of a third party vehicle.
Client Comments:
I have used Alexander Swan for years now and had a break for one year with regret. Another company seemed cheaper ended up loading extras on after and did not do the complete package as required.
Any changes I made I was billed time and time again, meaning in the long run I was worse off. Needless to say I went back to Alexander Swan and I have never looked back.
The team go above and beyond to make sure I am happy and with my accident I had this year they made sure I had a replacement vehicle as mine was a write off and let me know what was happening every step of the way.
I was paid out for the van and the system with no issues. There is a saying” you get what you pay” for and I really do feel you get more than value for money with Alexander Swan. I have recommended them to friends in my trade and will continue to do so. Many thanks to you all.
