Clients of Alexander Swan insuring their Van and WFP with us automatically qualify for the option to add our Replacement Van and WFP System contingency to their policy. This unique benefit is not an Insurance Policy. Alexander Swan (Insurance Brokers) have invested in a fleet of Renault Traffic Vans and fitted them out with Ionic Reach and Wash Systems for our clients in the event of claims.

We realise that without your Van and WFP System you cannot work - it’s not just a means of transport, it is your business. In our experience claims involving Vans fitted with WFP Systems are far more complex and delays getting back on the road are inevitable especially if your van and or system is written off or stolen.

For just a small addition payment we can allow you the use of one of our Ionic fitted Renault Traffics for as long as your claim takes to settle. If the claim is your fault or if there is no third party i.e. a theft claim we will not pass any hire charges on to you. However if you require the vehicle to be delivered we will require delivery charges to be paid before release of the van. If you collect and drop the van back to us there will not be any additional charges at all.

In the event of a non fault claim we will pursue the third party insurer for the hire and delivery/collection charges. These charges will be lower than a loss of earnings claim so we are assisting in reducing claims costs by third party insurers.
