When we develop a special scheme, we work with bodies that
are recognised leaders in their field in order
to provide the most comprehensive cover available.

example, in establishing our scheme for window
cleaners we worked closely with The British Window
Cleaning Academy. Alexander Swan now runs a very
specialist insurance scheme for window cleaners who have received training
at The BWCA.

When you ask us for a quotation, we will
dilligently search the market for the most suitable policy
at the most competitive premium. We will always explain
clearly what is (and what is not) covered, as well as
any special terms or requirements. We'll make sure that
you understand the premium and our fees, and we'll also
be happy to back our quotation up in writing.
When you have insurance with us, we'll make
sure that any adjustments to your policy
are handled promptly and accurately, and
in the event you need to make a claim, we'll
be with you every step of the way so that
it is resolved as quickly as possible and with the minimum
of hassle.

renewal, we will once again search the market
carefully to find the best policy at the
lowest price, and write to you with our recommendation.
